I'm particularly interested in the use of astrology in the Tudor period, and my PhD research examines astrological guidance in early English print culture.

I am a qualified teacher (18 years and counting!) and create educational content online via social media as Tudor Tales. I also run a Patreon book club and plan to launch additional talks and courses throughout 2026.
I have given talks for The University of Oxford, The History of Science Museum, and The University of Wales, as well as via online platforms. For examples of my research, see the posters below.
